This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, extreme weather conditions outside of the specified operating range, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect. We aim to process all claims and dispatch replacements within 5 business days.
